Construct 25no various size and height cores, a mixture of stair and lift cores over 2 phases. Construction sequencing needed to be planned to suit the groundworks and handover areas, also sequencing the build/dismantle so the cranes and operatives on site to work most efficiently. Cores are planned to be poured one after another, considering crane positions and assemble/dismantle.
Once again Slipform Engineering was involved heavily with rebar detailing, embed plates and other cast it items, reviewing all to suit the slipforming construction method.
Project is due for completion November 2026
